Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge

Good Morning Friends!! Today the Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge
is Monochromatic Layered Stamping. I have used three different inks in aqua and teal colors.
The base is stamped in the lightest color using the image from Just A Note Set.
The Geisha image is from the Calm and Wisdom Set stamped in the medium color.
The sentiment is stamped in the darkest color. A little distressing and a
sheer ribbon attached with a teal button finishes it off. My teammates have
some very nice cards you will want to check out!!
Hope to see you join us this week.

. They have given us these cute images to work with this week. It is Team B's turn
and my teammates have some Great inspiration for you, so stop by! I have used the
  Sleepy Time Kitty  image.
Embossed the orange and added the borders cut with a Stampin Up die.
The image was water colored and cut out with a Spellbinder die
 then foam dotted on.
The boo was cut with a Stampin Up punch.
Wanted it to look fun and cheery not really halloweeny so added
 it to the aqua base.

I have entered my card into the Peaceful Garden  Cat Lovers Blog Hop

Round and Round~~~

Saturday again and time for Friends of Speedy Fox Challenge.
Round the corners is your challenge today. So its is
Easy peasy, you can round corners on any part of your card!!
Hop over and share your creation with us!!
I used a image for the Block Flowers Set.
Stamped with versamark and heat embossed with some brown powder.
I cut it out and attached to the mat then rounded the corners. The dotted dp is cut
with a Spellbinder Label # 17. I just did a little meandering stitch around the edges
because it looked so plain. Rounded these corners also. The Hello is from
the  Chrysanthemum Set cut with a SU punch. Im hoping this publishes
today as Im going to be on the roof at sun up roofing. Hoping to get it finished today
if the weather will be cooporative, please no rain!

Do you like to watercolor??

Hope so because that is our challenge at Tuesday Throwdown this week!
Our Sponsor is Freckled Fawn and they have provided us with these pretty
little silver puffy hearts. There is a whole page of them in a variety of shapes and sizes.
They reflected the shadows and look dark but really they are light and
look very soft and pretty on the card. I started with green, blue ,purple and
yellow water colors. Letting them puddle, run and dry. The image is an
old Carol Wright that I also watercolored and cut a portion of it out
with a Spellbinder. This was a fun card to make. I also
made up several other background with  other colors since I was at it.
Hope you stop over and show us your watercolor creations!

Lemons Lemons

Yes Im using some sunny lemons today for the Friends of Speedy TV Challenge.
Our challenge is to use 3 panels on your card. It could be for your background or for
your images. I randomly stamped the Lemon Image all over the panels then colored them
with water color pencils and a bit with copics. I used chalk for the blue background.
A little faux stitching around the panels, then added to the yellow base.
The sentiments are from the  Dogwood Set and the Bring on the Sun Set
After matting I foam dotted them on and it was a pretty quick card. You can find
these sets and Many more plus all your other stamping goodies at MFP Stamp Shop.
My talented teamies switched it up using the panels several different ways so
check out their awesome creations and then come show us yours!!
Have a fabulous week friends!!

Speedy Fox and Friends Saturday Challegne

Good Morning Friends, today at Speedy Fox and Friends we are challenging
you to Collage Stamping.
Using different stamps to create a collage effect. I have used several different
Marks Finest Papers Happy Birthday Stamps and created the background using
different colored inks with the different stamps. Then using different inks
I also added some background colors. Next I used the Lily Stamp
then added the butterfly. I then stitched it onto the gold and added it to
the green polka dotted base. Although it looks really dark its
just a nice medium olive green, in person looks nice.
A little row of jewels and the cards done.
Its a fun technique and you can created so many different looks with it
. Come join us and give it a whirl!!
